 1761530695447244.jpgAnshan Research and Design Institute of Electrostatic Technology was invested and set up by the state in 1983. It is the sole unit at home for comprehensive scientific research and design, which is engaged in theoretical research of static electricity, physicochemical detection, development and application of electrostatic technology, emission control and water pollution. In 1995,with the approval of the State Science and Technology Commission, the National Research Center of Environment Pollution Electrostatic Control Engineering Technology was founded. At the same time, the institute has been granted the import-export autonomy of scientific products by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade.

  Our institute has tremendous technical force, and was approved to be a national first-class design unit by the Ministry of Construction. Now, it has laboratories and measurement center equipped with instruments of international advanced level and modern equipment. It can offer testing means for researching with electrostatic technology in various domains and measuring the micromaterials as polluting source. It possesses perfect testing conditions for industrial mix. In addition, it is able to provide for enterprises various engineering designs, designs for complete sets of equipment and intermediate production for new technical equipment.   Since its setting up, the institute has got eminent achievements on scientific research, technology popularization, development of product and engineering design in the fields of electrostatic suppression of dust and mist, plasma technique, electrostaic dust precipitation, high-voltage D.C power supply and ultra-high voltage pulse power supply, apparatus and instrumentation for oilfield, treatment of industrial waste water and urban sewage, prevention of electrostatic hazard, physical and chemical measurement of static electricity, and technique of electro-hydraulic effect. It has undertaken over 200 items of scientific research and engineering design entrusted by state, Liaoning Province, Anshan City and enterprises, and obtained 89 items of scientific payoffs thereof ready for transformation, of which more than 40 items reached advanced world levels, 24 items were given “Invention Prize” by State and “Prize of scientific progress”by Liaoning Province and Anshan City and 21 items gained patent right. These scientific payoffs have been applied and disseminated all over 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Both at home and abroad have been originated “The technique of dry coagulating electrostatic purification of aluminum electrolysis fume”, “The technique of purifying acid-mist by electrostatic removing fog tower”, “The technique on improvement of electrostatic precipitation for coal stoving”, “Ultra-high voltage electrostatic suppression of open dust and mist sources”, “Ultra-high voltage electrostatic suppression of radioactive aerosol and radon”, “the coal gas from dry distillation of shales by ESP”; and at home are originated the new technologies on “Ferroalloy electric furnace ESP”. “Large-sized ultra-high concentration cement kiln, raw material rolling and pressing mill ESP”, and “Electrostatic tar-oil smoke catcher”. The technologies and products have been put into the international markets, of which ESP and ozonizer have been exported to Japan, Philippines, Canada, Korea, and so on. We have international academic exchanges and technical cooperation frequently. Now, we have built friendly cooperative relations with scientific research institutions and enterprise of America, Japan, France, Germany, Canada and Russia.   The National Environment Pollution Research and Control Center of electrostatic Engineering Technology” is attached to Liaoning R&D Institute of Electrostatic Technology. It consists of several enterprises, such as Anshan High-New Environmental Protection Engineering Co. Ltd. and set up a Green Environment Protection Group with 47 relevant environment protection enterprises. The center will take a mode integrating scientific research, development, design, manufacture and management to research and develop the systematic integrated technology on controlling environment pollution by electrostatic technology, give and solve continuously a whole set of the matters concerning key technologies on the environment pollution, and provide for the environmental protection industry practical products and technologies with high efficiency and low consumption which fit the conditions of our country. Our institute, facing the international markets,will export complete sets of equipment and undertake the key engineering system design and manufacture at home and abroad. It has become a collecting and distributing center for high-new environmental protection technology and a scientific industry group with a concentration of intelligence by grouping and industrialization realized.
