A large volume of smoke and dust comes from the Al electrolyzer in production, containing fluor and pitch, thus not only gravely affecting the body and mind of people, but also causing serious pollution to the plant site and its surroundings.
  This technology has succeeded in pollution control over the dust and smoke from 90 self-roasting anodic Al electrolyzers that contain flour and pitch in Qinghai Changqing Al Industry Co., Ltd., whose targets as tested are very lower than those as stipulated in the State Emission Standard. The automation of the purification system, the material conveying and the feeding of the electrolyzer is realized in combination with conveying of the ultra thick phase; of which the pitch smoke condenser is granted the state patent; and whose characteristic are as follows:
Separating the pitch smoke from other dusts and very greatly enhancing the dust collecting efficiency;
Occupying less space, longer service time of the equipment and lower labour intensity and less investment;
Without secondary pollution;
Secondary utilization of the recovered material; andSaving and lower the energy consumption.
